Cary NC When School is Out Activites for Kids

Programs & Camps for kids in Cary, NC.

This is great informaiton from my RE Partner Sharon.  She's a former Wake County Teacher.  I'm a parent of children in public and private schools and have worked & served in various schools.

We completely understand how difficult it can be for parents when their children are out of school and how boring it can be for the kids as well.

Just to add a couple of ideas, if you have high school students such as I do.  You may consider having them volunteer on their day off.  LOL right? Actually many high school students need volunteer and/or community service hours for their college resumes.  You might want to check with local non-profits for opportunitys.

Also, there are a few things for high schools kids to do as well.  C'est si bon cooking school in Chapel Hill, NC has wonderful cooking classing for kids of all ages.  This isn't a babysitting service.  It's for kids who would enjoy learning their way around the kitchen or who really enjoy cooking.  My daughter and son both took a camp there and loved it!

If your student is an avid sports player, you can probably find a camp or workshop for the player who wants to take their game to the next level.

Whatever your child likes to do, you're almost guaranteed to find something for them here in the Triangle.

What do kids do in Cary NC when school is out? What do parents do with children in Cary NC when school is out? Bond Park with Cary Parks and Recreation has lots of fun and educational classes lined up. If you are a little one or a teen check out the list of classes from dance to fitness, soccer, basketball and more. Parents no worries about children home alone when kids are signed up for great classes that get them out and moving. Find a great class below and sign up today for November calendar.

Thanks Parks and Rec with Town of Cary.
